Selvana is a licensed Indonesian lawyer with more than 6 years of experience in private practice particularly in corporate merger & acquisition, foreign direct investment & joint ventures, and intellectual property rights & franchising.
Having previously worked at several Indonesian prominent law firms lastly with the position of Senior Associate, Selvana has assisted multinational companies of diverse business sectors including from, among others, technology, smelter as well as oil & gas dealing with aspects of corporate governance, corporate restructuring, financing and other transactional matters.
Selvana graduated from Faculty of Law of Pelita Harapan University, majoring in Business Law with cum laude predicate and in the top 7 GPA of her batch. While at law school, Selvana was an avid mooter and has represented the university and Indonesia in a number of international law moot court competitions including the Asia Cup International Law Moot Court Competition in Japan and the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, DC, USA. She is also involved as a committee member and participant in events held by the Indonesian Society of International Law and the university’s faculty of law student senate.
Selvana holds an advocate license from the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Born and raised in Jakarta, Selvana enjoys a relaxing day in the city exploring its bustling culinary scenes and spends most of her leisure time traveling the remote islands of the Indonesian archipelago with scuba diving as the main menu. Selvana is currently certified as a PADI Rescue Diver.
