Giovanni joined AC Ventures with a background in finance and M&A advisory. Prior to ACV, he was an Associate at Panasean, where he worked on M&As in food retail, specialty retail, healthcare, and telecommunication infrastructure. In his sell-side role, Giovanni guided enterprises from startups to public companies in unlocking growth via partnerships with strategic and financial investors.

Giovanni graduated with honors from the USC Marshall Business School with a Bachelor in Business Administration and completed his CFA Level I in 2019.

Giovanni is passionate about options trading, basketball, and snowboarding. His free time is dedicated to reading and screening trades via Podcasts, Twitter, and news.
