Eric joined AC Ventures as a Senior Analyst. He started his career with PwC to help corporate entities, venture capital firms, private equity firms, financial institutions, and others to assess deal value for their investment decisions and financial reporting obligations.
Eric has carried out the business enterprise and financial reporting valuations, building and reviewing industry-specific valuation models, computation of discount rates, purchase price allocations, and benchmarking exercises.
Prior to providing advisory services, Eric has experience in providing assurance services in the asset and wealth management industry, including private equity firms.
Eric is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”) and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) charter holder. He speaks English and Mandarin. During his free time, he plays golf, grinds coffee, and looks for good food.
