Selvana is an Indonesian lawyer with over six years of experience in private practice. She specializes in corporate mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, joint ventures, and intellectual property rights and franchising. Selvana has previously worked at several prominent Indonesian law firms, most recently as a Senior Associate. Her clients have come from diverse business sectors, including technology, smelting, and oil and gas.

Selvana graduated from the Faculty of Law at Pelita Harapan University, where she majored in Business Law with a cum laude predicate and was ranked in the top 7 GPA of her batch. While at law school, Selvana represented the university and Indonesia in a number of international law moot court competitions. She is also involved as a committee member and participant in events held by the Indonesian Society of International Law and the university’s law student senate.

Selvana holds an advocate license from the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Born and raised in Jakarta, Selvana enjoys exploring the city’s bustling culinary scene on a relaxing day and spends most of her leisure time scuba diving near Indonesia’s remote islands. She is currently certified as a PADI Rescue Diver.
