An Investment team member will be primarily engaged in supporting the Investment Team on sourcing, evaluating and reviewing investment opportunities. It is a great place to learn about technology and the venture industry. The position will report to senior members of the investment team and interface with all members of the team on a regular basis.

Roles & responsibilities

• Research & Investment Sourcing
  1. Deal screening: call and/or meet with prospects, evaluate opportunities
  2. To discuss and review business cases and to work with existing portfolio companies.
  3. Network with peers in other Venture Capital Firms
  4. Maintaining a database to track opportunity information
  5. Monitoring portfolio companies through review of reports and interaction with management teams
• Investment Analysis
  1. Participate in all other aspects of due diligence, including customer and management references, market sizing and mapping, customer surveys and industry research
  2. Gather information from the target company and industry experts
  3. Research and talk to existing references and customers of the target company
  4. Research potential competitors to the target company
  5. Research and talk with technical/business consultants to evaluate the target company’s technology, including IPs
  6. Conduct background checks on the current management of the target company
  7. Perform valuation analysis via modeling
  8. Help prepare internal investment memos

Required Experience, Skills, and Capabilities

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from top tier university, Master Degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage
• >5 years of experience in a related sector, including but not limited to finance, tech, and/or management consulting
• MBB graduates or top management consultancies graduates are highly preferable
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Passionate in the digital industry, investment, entrepreneurial
• Very strong work ethic, strong communicator, and fast learner
• Analytical and well versed in constructing logical arguments to defend thesis and point of view

The Finance & Accounting Manager will provide accurate, timely, and accessible financial information that will support ACV finance operations. Your duties will include compiling and reviewing financial information, and preparing financial analysis and reports. Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed. The position will report to the Partners and will also support the continuous upgrade and improvement of ACVs own organization.

Roles & responsibilities

1. Manage and support the company's overall finance operations.
2. Ensure all major company monthly, quarterly and annual reports are completed accurately and on time
3. Perform analysis of financial data and transactions, establish links between the financial statements, prepare presentations to Partners and perform sensitivity analysis
4. Conduct scenario analysis based on microeconomic and macroeconomic factors to access business risk
5. Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for ACV needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
6. Oversee and manage the general accounting functions
7. Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
8. Coordinate with the auditor for annual audits
9. Recommend and implement process improvement measures.

Required Experience, Skills, and Capabilities

4. Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax regulations.
5. Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Superb organizational and time-management skills.

Education

Undergraduate degree; CPA preferred; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
